


Summer Workout Program (4 Phases, 12 Weeks)
PROGRAM DETAILS: You will receive your program after the first day of assessments are done. This will be a 4 phase program. Your plan will be based off the workout phases, your age and what you need based off the assessments. The program will be 3 days weekly, you will get 2 days of intense workouts in person with coach Justin (Tuesday and Wednesday @ 10:30am or 7pm) and 1 day of recovery (Wednesday). For the 3rd day you will receive an at home workout with no equipment needed that you should do on Thursday or Friday. If you have to miss a day you will have access to the program to do an at home workout. We will do assessments throughout the program so we can measure and see everyone getting better.
